A 2-1/2" removable platen and dual height adjustment indicators make setup and adjustments fast and precise. For safety, five emergency stops are strategically positioned.

The material handling system is engineered for consistency and durability, featuring two rubber-covered pinch rollers (1-1/2" OD), a heavy-duty rubber-covered contact roller (4-1/4" OD) with a 1-3/8" drive bearing, and two machined idler rollers (2-3/16" OD) with 3/4" bearings. The conveyor table is supported by four 3/4" acme-threaded jackscrews for stability, powered by a 1 HP conveyor motor that ensures steady feed rates. A 6" internal dust chute helps maintain a cleaner, safer shop environment.
