Combination Saw Blade - 10" x 50T x 5/8" Bore

Make clean rip or cross cuts with the CMT® P10050 Combination Saw Blade. With a combination blade, you can reduce the number of blade changes on your saw, as one blade can make most cuts. This 10" general-purpose blade has 50 carbide tipped teeth. Each carbide tip is ground with a shear angle on the front face for smooth cuts, while reducing the force needed and improving cutting speed. The CMT P10050 blade features Nonstick Orange Shield Coating. The bright orange nonstick finish keeps the blade running cool, protects against corrosion and reduces pitch buildup.
The blade begins as a thin steel plate hardened to HRC44 and laser cut. Expansion slots allow for blade expansion when heat builds up. Sound dampening channels reduce running noise and control wobbling from harmonic vibrations. Silver-copper-silver sandwich brazing compound is used to attach carbide to the blade in an automatic brazing process. The copper center protects the carbide tips and steel shoulders by adding some flexibility and impact resistance when cutting through harder substances or knots in wood. Large gullets between each tooth allow for deep cuts and effective chip clearance. The thin kerf design lets you make a clean cut without taking a lot of material.
