GRR-RIPPER MAX Complete 3D PushBlock System

The Microjig® GRR-RIPPER® MAX is an all-in-one package for ultimate control, precision and safety. The GRR-RIPPER® provides downward and inward pressure. This ensures both sides of the cut remain parallel to the blade, keeping the workpiece aligned with the rip fence and virtually eliminating kickback.

The package includes a GRR-RIPPER® PRO 3D Pushblock® and the following advanced features: 1/8" Leg Accessory, Gravity Heel Kit, Handle Bridge Kit and Deflector/Connector. The 1/8" Leg allows you to repeatedly and safely rip thin strips down to 1/8"—excellent for edge banding, models, or decorative inlays.

The Gravity Heel Kit comes with two dynamic sacrificial heels and mounting hardware. The sacrificial heels automatically retract mid-board and drop down to hook the tail end of the workpiece, providing support that safely prevents tear-out. The Stabilizing Plate offers increased stability by adding two additional contact points. It keeps the workpiece locked tight to the fence and parallel to the blade. The Adjustable Spacer offers an extra gripping surface, enhancing control over larger workpieces. Adjustment slots provide clearance for exposed router bits while maintaining a flat edge on the fence. The Handle Bridges distribute downward pressure evenly for greater control and safer cuts. The Deflector/Connector provides a barrier between your hands and spinning blades or bits while deflecting chips and debris.

The GRR-RIPPER® MAX now includes the SafeRip Kit, making it easier to line up cuts and avoid accidentally cutting the center leg or the GRR-RIPPER® itself. No more leaning over to check the cut settings, allowing quicker setups with no check passes. The SafeRip Cursor lets you know the exact position of the center leg. If the orange cursor covers your rip width on the SafeRip Index, move the center leg, so it is no longer covered.
