RED TAIL Ruler Set

The RED TAIL Ruler Set includes three precision rulers in 4", 6", and 12" lengths designed to support accurate measuring, marking, and layout tasks. Built for versatility, each ruler is interchangeable with other Swan Tool Group layout tools, allowing users to configure their measuring systems to suit specific project requirements.

Each ruler features Swan Tool Group’s Tru‑Mark Precision Marking Technology. Subtle rabbets along the ruler edges offset the pencil tip so lines can be drawn exactly where intended, without shifting the ruler to account for lead thickness. This design helps reduce parallax errors and supports consistent, repeatable layout work. A dedicated pencil saddle at the ruler end further improves accuracy by positioning the pencil lead directly at the edge for precise line placement.

Constructed from anodized aluminum, the rulers are designed to remain stable during use while maintaining a clean, easy‑to‑read marking surface. The interchangeable design allows the rulers to be used with the RED TAIL Offset Ruler, MERLIN Flat Double Square, and RIDGWAY Adjustable Carpenter Square, providing a flexible platform for expanding and customizing Swan Tool Group layout tools.
